Hello welcome and thank you for looking. I understand how talking and being honest in the company of someone unfamiliar can be daunting, and to begin with, the prospect of counseling can feel overwhelming.

Counselling as a process may not always seem easy, it can feel like a roller coaster of emotions with you being its passenger. As your counsellor, I will be there alongside you through the challenges you are experiencing, and facing in your life, and together we will face what is troubling you at the pace you decide.

More often our dearest family and friends, although have our best interests at heart, can just simply misinterpret our feelings, actions and emotions I have an empathetic understanding to how being misheard and misread has sought you to seek counselling.

I work from a person centred approach and believe as individuals all our experiences are unique, and we all process the potential to make changes in our lives.

Working together our therapeutic relationship is confidential, non judgemental and takes place in a safe environment.
